The optimum storage temperature for Lactate Scout test strips is between -18 °C and +8 °C.

It is essential to temper the Lactate Scout test strips before taking a measurement in order to bring the strips to a temperature similar to that of the analyser so that we ensure that the measurements are correct. To do this, the strips should be taken out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before use.
